CG999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or misleading registration information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct; (d) failed to complete KYC verification as required; or (e) are subject to a legal or regulatory requirement mandating account closure.
On Account termination, any balance of real funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to active dispute) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification, AML obligations and processing timelines. Bonus balances and any associated winnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may seek resolution through arbitration or mediation as specified by the applicable operator license terms. CG999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes that significantly affect User rights or obligations, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or email where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
